Brian Solis is always great. He is so true if he says: “We think we are customer centric, but by nature we are shareholder / stakeholder centric”.
Read his great article, see his definition of “The X Framework for Experience Design” which contains #BX, #CX and #DX. It’s interesting that he puts the brand in the center instead of the customer! Is this because we are NOT really customer centric?
In his video from the DXSummit he is talking about “digital transformation which has very little to do with digital” (minute 6:00.) For him the core of digital transformation is transformation which means change… Don’t want to tell to much about this video, you need to listen by your self, think about each sentence from him (maybe repeat it 2, 3, … times). Brian is inspiring in this video and give you much to think about for the next days.
