#CX (Customer Experience) is in everyone’s mouth. Gartner analyzed in his Magic Quadrant the CRM and CX implementation provider.
From my perspective Customer Experience requires a total rethinking how business will be done. Implementing tools is not just a technical point. There are for sure many technical barriers dealing with data and data sources, but first of all it requires the right business understanding, the change from the corporate view to the customer view. Without this every #CX implementation will fail. Some of the implementation provider understood that business and technology consulting needs to go hand in hand, other lack in business consulting and have their focus n the technology consulting part of the implementation.
