Customer Experience (CX) in it’s core has first off all the purpose to be there for the customer. Money is not the point the customer is interested. This is different if we look into companies.
“I started with the promise to make money” …statement I received from a CEO of a big company. This you have for sure experienced, too. There is always a “but” in the mind if it comes to CX.
There are examples who left out the revenue in the first priority. Amazon is a good example here. Did this stopped them to make money? No!
