2019 is now there…. Have you made your plans already? What is your resume for 2018 and what are you going to change?

There are many opportunities right now. Some are amazing from what to do, others on where to do. For me it’s important to have the chance to build something great in an amazing environment with inspiring colleagues. This is where the power is coming from!!!

The second direction are the topics. They always change and without the environment (corporate, colleagues, etc.) it is not possible to have success with the best topics. People and passion first, topics second and then processes and strategy. This is my strategy for 2019!
